<b><i>MISHNAH</i></b>. IF A PERSON [DESIRES] TO GIVE HIS ESTATE IN WRITING TO HIS SONS,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., a person in good health who desires, for example, to marry a second time, and wishes to protect the sons that were born from his first marriage from the possible seizure of his estate by his second wife, in payment of her kethubah.
